It is the person who is in charge of assisting the waiter in serving the passengers, in addition to taking care of the passenger’s attention in the assigned areas and cleaning them. Because of this, you should be familiar with the cleaning procedures and with the waste separation system. The person in this position should be familiar with the menu, wine list, as well as know the ingredients of the drinks and prices. Among other responsibilities, the person in this position must:
- Be willing to perform any task designated by your supervisor.
- Keep your work area clean according to hygiene standards.
- Have previous experience in the position.
- Fluent management of the English language.
- Be able to work under stress.
- Have good presence.
