Is a continual source of help, assistance and information to all the guests
Visits the guest suites assigned, introducing themselves and explaining the services the company AIM to offer
Studies and learn the full meal concepts, times and make necessary reservations
Is fully aware of the ships program to assist guests with questions about entertainment, ship activities, and necessary arrangements for ports of call
Ensures that in suite amenities are replenished and set up in mini bar cabinet, closet and desk is done as per standard
Ensures proper and correct collection and return of the Laundry service
Responsible for in-suite F&B requirement such as: in-suite dining, afternoon tea and canapé service and private parties
Assists guests in booking reservation for restaurants, spa, shore excursions, etc
REQUIREMENTS
Experience/skills should be based on top hotel and ship brands internationally recognized
Efficient, courteous and technically excellent housekeeping, food and beverage service
Fluent English language
Good verbal communication skills
