    Effectively supervises the Demi Chef de Partie-Pizzeria and 2nd Commis-Pizzeria duringmise en place, pizza production, and baking of the pizzas.

    Always creates an effective and efficient daily production schedule for assigned section, as required by the itinerary and passenger demand.

    Always monitors consumption of ingredients required for daily production and plans orders accordingly, informing the Chief Baker when fluctuations occur.

    Responsible for achieving cost targets in the Pizzeria as directed by the Chief Baker / Executive Chef.

    Continually trains and coaches pizza-making staff in correct productionmethods and skills, culinary techniques,menu and recipe knowledge, product-holding techniques, and presentation and delivery of the product.

    • Must have 5 years of experience as a Pizza maker with at least 2 years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie Pizza
    • Must have recent experience in high volume handmade pizza production
    • Strong knowledge of Pizza making Bakery procedures and pizza styles
    • Must have a good level of English language.
