- Oversees the execution of the future cruise program
- Continually Review guest comments to ensure satisfaction
- Prepares and hosts engaging presentations to inform guests on offerings.
- Participates in and socializes with guests at various onboard events, ship tours/familiarizations, and activities to actively promote future cruise opportunities.
- Manages all new bookings, coordinating all actions including cruise deposits, cruise bookings, cruise tours, transfers and hotels, taking payment and printing guest confirmations.
