As a Lead Navigator, you will provide supervisory oversight to the Navigator team and staff assigned to OceanFront. Furthermore, you will be providing service and support to Princess MedallionClass guests, ensuring the resolution of any experience. Your mission is to create an excellent guest experience and lead interactions that enhance MedallionClass vacations.
Maintains a high level of knowledge of OceanMedallion and the MedallionClass Vacation experience.
Stays updated on changes and improvements to the MedallionClass Vacation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to speak effectively before large groups of people
- Strong microphone skills
- Command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Two years of experience in a hotel or resort guest-facing role preferred
- Proven leadership skills required
- Demonstration of OCEAN knowledge
