You must have the highest level of customer service in any situation that arises, for which excellent English language management is required. For the contact with the passenger, you must have excellent socialization so that the sale is carried out in a pleasant and successful way. Among other responsibilities, the person in this position must:
- Have 2 years of experience in retail sales (on land or on board).
- Demonstrate passion for working with clients.
- Ability to succeed in a true team environment.
- Natural conviction in which the service / customer service is the main job.
