Assist the Chef de Partie- Pizzeria to produce The princess signature Pizza product as determined by company Policies and standars. Anticipates and adjust production bassed on passenger demand and consistently practices the C.R.U.I.S.E credo.
Supervises the C2 during mise en place pizza production and baking of the pizzas.
Frequently test the product in assigned station and monitor mise en place during production.
Shares responsibility for achieving targets in Pizzeria as directed by Chief Baker- Executive Chef
- Must possess a formal qualification in Pizza and bakery from a recognized culinary training institution
- Must have at least four years of experience with at least one year experience as 1st Commis Pizza
- Must have recent experience in high volume production and possess strong knowledge of Pizza and bakery of pizza
- Must be well versed in U.S.P.H.S. regulations
- Command of the English language, both verbal and written
