The person in this position works under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and must report to the Sous Chef. He is going to be related to daily food production. In addition to the tasks specific to his position, he will give general assistance to the Chef de Partie or to any other member of the kitchen if assigned. Among other functions, the Demi Chef de Partie must:

- Must be able to work in groups.
- You must be able to complete the assigned tasks within the time given for them.
- Diploma in cooking.
- Advanced English level.
- Management Experience
- Experience in luxury cruise companies or in 4 or 5 star hotels.
