Contractual Conditions for Cruise Jobs:

  • Contracts are approximately six months long and cannot be extended without a predetermined break period. After that, you can renew the contract.
  • The cost of the flight ticket to join the ships varies for each position; this will be communicated during the interview along with other important details.
  • Candidates must pay for medical examinations and the visa application, and the visa will be reimbursed once onboard.

What languages are required?
English is mandatory for all positions, and knowledge of other languages (such as Italian, German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.

What is the C1-D visa?
It is a non-immigrant U.S. visa that allows transit in U.S. ports. Royal Caribbean provides a support letter to apply for it, except for Canadian or U.S. citizens and residents.
