It is the person who is responsible for food and beverage service to passengers in the dining room and in all those areas indicated by the department supervisor. You must have a fluent management of the English language, as you must assist the passenger with any questions about the menu or the wine list. Due to being in contact with passengers, you must have a good presence and be patient. Due to the importance of his position, he must have previous verifiable experience in order to access the position. Among other responsibilities, the person in this position must:
- Have knowledge of USPH standards and food handling.
- Assist the passenger satisfactorily.
- Have knowledge of wines.
- Follow the orders given by the Head Waiter or the Maitre d’ Hotel.
- Be able to work under stress.
- English level: Advanced.
