Requirements to work at Yachts of Seabourn

  • Over 21 years old.
  • Proven experience in luxury hotels/restaurants.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willing to participate in other tasks on board.

Contractual conditions for Yachts of Seabourn

  • 6 months on board / 2 months off.
  • 10-14 hours of work daily – 7 days a week.
  • Flights covered by the company.
  • The first medical exam is at the candidate’s expense. The company reimburses for subsequent medical exams in the following contracts.
  • Competitive, fixed salaries paid in euros.

    Responsible for providing high-quality service to passengers in the various on-board restaurants, ensuring that every meal is a satisfying experience.
  • Sommeliers
    Wine experts offer personalized recommendations to passengers, taking care of the service and quality of the wine selection to accompany each dish.
  • Demi Chefs de Partie (DCDP)
    Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of dishes, collaborating in the supervision of their specific area in the kitchen.
  • Chefs de Partie (CDP)
    Responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes in a specific section of the kitchen, leading the team and ensuring the high quality of each dish served on board.
