Job Responsibilities:
- Embraces and utilizes Princess MedallionClass products, services and applications.
- Consistently exceeds the Beverage specific targets and other key result areas reducing friction points and avoiding negative surprises.
- Forms meaningful interactions with guests, engaging in genuine conversation to build connections.
- Accountable and takes ownership of a consistent product delivery and correctly applies the Service Excellence philosophy.
- Knowledgeable about all beverage menus and actively upsells and makes recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Actively upsells and makes recommendations based on guest preference.
- Ensures any OceanNow orders are delivered in a timely manner and service exceeds guest expectations.
- Assists in any bar inventory accounts as directed by the Bar Supervisor or Manager.
- Adheres to all HESS, Public Health, and Princess Way expectations and standards.
- Ensures the companies RSA policy is being followed and enforced and any noncompliance issues are escalated to the on-duty leader.

Qualifications:
- Competencies & Skills: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, flexible, and accommodate changes in the business’s needs.
- Good working knowledge of Micros & Ocean Now, and aligned to our Culture Essential and Core Values.
- Disciplinary: No disciplinary record for the last six months of the previous contract.
- Knowledge & Language: Good Communication Skills, Command of the English language, both verbal and written, Understanding of the companies RSA procedures, Understanding USPH policies and procedures, Knowledgeable about company products and beverages (Obtain a score of 80% or over in the required test).
