MEDICAL GROUNDS

In the event that the crew member has a serious condition or accident that can not be resolved in the medical clinic or specialist medical on land (Fracture, hospitalization etc) the crew will disembark and return to their country under Medical Grounds. This means that the company will voluntarily cut the contract so that the crew member continues with the medical treatment in their country of origin.

The crew member must pay the costs of such treatment on land and when sending expenses to the company, these expenses will be evaluated to be reimbursed or not. Once this treatment is completed, a clearance will be sent by the certified doctor in each country to the company, allowing the crew member to be installed again in rotations and have a new contract on board again.
