Requesting a Future Assignment In Summary:

If you have not received any assignment during the past year, please check your documents in Crew Self-Service (CSS) and send us your information using the online form: https://forms.office.com/r/1Z3XtFJ8jy. As more of our ships return to service, we have started to return our rotations to more normal planning schedules. However, we know some team members are still waiting for their first assignment since before our operational pause.

If you have not received any assignment during the past year, we apologize for the delay. To help make sure you are ready to travel and receive a future assignment as soon as possible, please follow these two steps:

1. Check your travel documents in Crew Self-Service (CSS) at https://crewss.hagroup.com/. If the information in CSS is not correct or you need to renew any of your documents, please work with your talent partner (manning agent) to make the updates. This includes your passport, medical certificate, Seaman’s Book, and U.S. C1/D visa. We understand it may not be possible to renew your visa until after you have an assignment posted. 2. Use this online form to let our teams know you are still waiting for an assignment: https://forms.office.com/r/1Z3XtFJ8jy. By completing this form, your information and request is shared with our teams. Our People team will work with your talent partner to help you get travel-ready, and then, our Planning team will schedule your assignment as soon as operationally possible.
