That’s right, Nicolás is the shining star over at Royal Caribbean as a Guest Services Officer aboard the Mariner of the Seas. Ever since he joined the crew in December, he’s been navigating waters of excellence and professionalism, and he’s already won the Employee of the Month title in January 2024!

Just picture this: a world of adventure on the high seas, where each day is a new opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for guests. And Nico has been doing it with flair. His passion for delivering exceptional service and dedication to his work have been remarkable right from the start.

From ensuring guests feel at home to resolving any request with a smile, Nico embodies the best of what Royal Caribbean has to offer. His positive attitude and ability to keep calm even in the most challenging situations make him an invaluable asset to the team.
