We made a trip to Chile with Julieta Swhartzmann, our Recruitment Analyst.  We visited different Incap and Duoc headquarters in Santiago de Chile and Valparaíso.  We had a great call. We were excited to see the interest of all those young people, some already graduated and others in their last years of career.  We fulfill our mission of letting them know that there is this possibility to work on board and change their lives… and that it is not so far from being able to be achieved.  We put a lot of emphasis on what are the requirements to be able to qualify for the different positions so that they can be successful at the time they decide to apply.  We invited several crew members to join us to give their testimony.  Thanks to David, Javiera and Marlene!
