Crew Self-Service (CSS) is our web application that provides you with access to your personal information. You can find company news, contract details, rotation schedules, flight details, pay statements, manning agency contacts, ship itineraries, and more. Visit at https://crewss.hagroup.com. Enter your 6-digit Employee/MAPS ID as your username.

For your first-time password, use the last 6 digits of your passport number. After logging in for the first time, you will be required to create a new password. If you forgot your password, click the “Need help logging in?” link on the login screen to reset your password. It’s always important for us to be able to keep in touch with you. Please take a moment to confirm or update your personal contact information in your CSS profile.

To update your contact information in CSS, click “Profile” to view your “My Profile” page. Click “Edit Profile” and enter your updated contact information: Home Phone, Cell Phone, Email, and WhatsApp (Country Code + Number). You will also find your Travel Documents on your Profile page. Please work with your talent partner (manning agency) to keep these accurate and updated.
