Key Responsibilities
- Host, coordinate, and participate in recreational activities, games, competitions, and entertainment events.
- Act as a presenter and master of ceremonies in different venues throughout the vessel.
- Promote scheduled activities and encourage passenger participation.
- Adapt activities to guests of different ages, interests, and abilities.
- Create engaging, personalized, and memorable experiences for passengers.
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Provide clear and accurate information about activities, onboard services, itineraries, and ports of call.
- Anticipate passenger needs and respond effectively to questions and requests.
- Collaborate with the entertainment department and other operational teams onboard.
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new entertainment initiatives.
- Arrive early for each event to verify that the venue and equipment are properly prepared.
- Ensure that assigned materials and equipment are clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Use activity supplies and consumable items responsibly.
- Follow all applicable onboard safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain courteous and professional working relationships within an international and multicultural team.
Working Conditions
This position requires active participation in activities and events, frequent interaction with audiences, and availability to work variable hours according to the vessel’s entertainment schedule.
