Key Responsibilities
- Conduct table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Dice, and different poker variations.
- Clearly explain game rules and procedures to passengers.
- Shuffle and deal cards, operate the roulette wheel, and manage chips and wagers.
- Calculate and pay winning bets accurately.
- Collect losing bets in accordance with established rules.
- Maintain an efficient, accurate, and entertaining pace of play.
- Monitor each game and ensure fair and transparent play.
- Identify incorrect wagers, procedural errors, or suspicious behavior.
- Immediately report irregularities to the casino supervisor or manager.
- Inspect chips, cards, and other gaming equipment before and after each shift.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with table opening and closing procedures.
- Protect casino assets and comply with established internal controls.
- Keep assigned tables and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Interact with passengers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Promote responsible gaming and comply with all applicable policies.
- Follow onboard safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Work effectively with other casino personnel and multicultural teams.
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing for extended periods, performing repetitive hand movements, and maintaining a high level of concentration throughout each shift.
