  • Collaborative profile to work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting performers, stage staff, and entertainment leadership in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey technical information clearly, with strong organizational skills for equipment management and documentation.
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English.

  • Coordinate professionally with supervisors, music and company managers, vocal captains, and guest entertainers.
  • Report technical assistance needs to the Senior Production Manager in a timely manner and prepare accurate handover notes between shifts.
  • Operate audio systems, including digital consoles and related equipment, set up band gear (microphones, amplifiers, Aviom systems, music stands, cabling), and ensure everything is performance-ready.
  • Handle lighting systems (MA Lighting, LED fixtures, video playback and processing) and apply basic automation operations (fire curtain, safety E-Stop, screens, and curtains).
  • Cover guest entertainers’ lighting, audio, A/V, and stage-cue requirements while preserving the integrity of the cruise line’s produced shows.
