In October we attended with Julieta Swartzmann the RCCL conference that took place on board the Allure of the Sea. We were able to interact with the other Hiring Partners from the rest of the world. The meeting was very productive, because beyond catching up on the information we needed, we were able to deal in particular with all the difficulties we faced. It was also very exciting to meet crew members who expressed their gratitude for working with RCCL, even though they were not hired by Selection Partners. This is another example of how we help change the lives of so many people!
