Staying healthy on board
We want you to always feel at home onboard. But Life at sea is different to life on land. Remember some rules you always should respect
Labor day
May, 1st is the labor day in many countries of Latin America. We celebrate and greet all our crewmembers that honor this date. Happy Labor day!!!
Cancelations of assignments
We kindly and courteously request that you notify us three to four weeks in advance when you are not going to board as planned. We need to respond to the demands of the company in time to be able to fulfill the job requirements that are asked of us.
Communication with administrators
We kindly ask all crewmembers to be patient with Companion Link requests, contract extensions, and requests to embark on a certain cruise. We do what we can, based on the SCHEDULE PROGRAM and the number of assignments that are requested for each position.
INCENTIVE PLANS for clinical staff
We are pleased to announce the following five new incentive plans for clinical staff within the Holland America Group family of brands, effective immediately: New Incentive Amount Time Period Applicable…
MEDICAL GROUNDS
In the event that the crew member has a serious condition or accident that can not be resolved in the medical clinic or specialist medical on land (Fracture, hospitalization etc)…
We can’t miss any embarkation spot
