We keep adding new companies
We are proud to announce that we have just added a new customer, Carnival Cruise Line. It is one of the most popular cruise lines with a fleet of 25 ships, so we will be able to offer a variety of positions on board. We will start selecting candidates for this company in 2024 and we are already preparing for it!

EVERYTHING THAT ARISES FROM A MEETING…
Angelo Tramontana is one of the longest-serving team members at Selection Partners. Before the pandemic Angelo was already working remotely and with the pandemic he left to Italy and since then he continued to work remotely from there. While traveling through Spain, Angelo traveled to visit me. It was a nice meeting because we hadn't seen each other for more than two years. And despite being on vacation we did nothing but talk about our crewmembers that are the reason why we get up every day.

Great announcement from Royal Caribbean!
We have an important role in the recruitment and retention of great crew talent. Since the moment we started working for Royal Caribbean, we have had empathy for our candidates having so many expenses to finally get on board. That is why we have been asking the company to reduce these expenses. And we did it! We are excited to share the great announcement that we received from RCCL: . As of July 1, 2023, newly hired Hotel crewmembers will have their joining ticket covered by the Company. RCCL will also cover the associated travel expenses at the joining destination. The joining travel expenses include airfare, hotel accommodation and ground transportation. We know that this change in the air-ticket policy will help a lot to get more good candidates. Junior Payroll Purser
This position is responsible to assist Administration Purser – Payroll and T&A for the accurate recording and process of Adonis shipboard payroll for all owner’s crew, as well as for the Import/Export process of overtime hours, distribution of payroll envelopes to crewmembers and the collection of crew folio balances.
Apprentice Purser
Assists the Financial Operations Division as determined by the Financial Controller. Performs clerical work such as filing and photocopying. Assists with general office work and duties.
Selection Partners’ visit Chile
We made a trip to Chile with Julieta Swhartzmann, our Recruitment Analyst. We visited different Incap and Duoc headquarters in Santiago de Chile and Valparaíso. We had a great call. We were excited to see the interest of all those young people, some already graduated and others in their last years of career.
